- Illegal content — material depicting minors in a sexual manner, non-consensual intimate imagery, or anything unlawful to possess or share in your jurisdiction.
- Commercial misuse — reselling, re-uploading, or monetising downloaded content without the owner's authorisation.
- Platform-terms violations — using the Service in a way that breaches the terms of YouTube.
- Service abuse — automated mass-scraping, overloading, reverse-engineering, or disrupting Video YT Downloader.
Enforcement
We may block URLs, rate-limit, suspend accounts, or refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is violating this AUP. We cooperate with valid legal requests and process copyright complaints under our DMCA Policy.
