We host no content
Video YT Downloader is a technical tool that processes URLs provided by users. We do not host, publish, or index the media that users download, and we keep no copy: for some downloads (720p video and audio) the file passes through our server and is deleted as soon as it has been delivered. Content resides on YouTube and their infrastructure. Because we keep nothing, there is generally no infringing file on our systems to remove — but we still act on valid notices as described below.
Filing a copyright notice
If you believe the Service is being used to infringe your copyright, send a notice to ShashankWebOwner@gmail.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The specific URL or material at issue and how it relates to the Service.
- Your contact information (name, address, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
On receipt of a valid notice we will take appropriate action, which may include blocking the relevant URL pattern from being processed, disabling associated accounts, and, where relevant, forwarding the notice to the source platform.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content or access was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with equivalent information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good-faith belief.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
